Every ARM Kit purchase is protected by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with your ARM Kit, you may return it within 30 days of the date your order was delivered for a refund of the purchase price. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Email support@allergyresetmethod.com with your order number and let us know you would like to return your kit. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Pack the complete kit, including all 30 vials in their case and the printed materials that came with it.
Once we receive the returned kit, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within ten business days. Your access to the ARM Program ends when the refund is issued.
If your kit arrives damaged or an item is missing, email support@allergyresetmethod.com within seven days of delivery and we will make it right at no cost to you.
Additional ARM Kits purchased as an existing member carry the same 30-day guarantee.
